• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.

• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification or an agent of such person.

We reserve the right to remove content alleged to be infringing without prior notice and at our sole discretion. In appropriate circumstances, UK IPTV Service will also terminate a user’s account if the user is determined to be a repeat infringer.
